Manos

"Manos" translates to "hands." I created this drawing during a time of protests and repression in Peru, envisioning the hands of individuals who engage in labor-intensive work, perhaps those cultivating the land in farms or performing repetitive physical tasks. As the working class often takes part in protests and fights against injustices and inequality. I exaggerated the finger forms and used vibrant colors to create a sense of intensity.
